Our Method
<p>Concrete is porous, so we pretreat before pressure washing to lift embedded organics and staining rather than just rinsing the surface. Severe stains may leave a faint shadow even after cleaning — sealing afterward helps prevent it from happening again.</p>
Beyond the driveway, we clean every other concrete surface on your property: sidewalks, walkways, patios, garage floors, front steps, curbs and the concrete pad under your A/C unit, which grows mold in the shade faster than almost anywhere else on the property.
