The Houston Problem
<p>The dark streaks running down from your roofline are usually mold and algae carried by rainwater, and Houston's heat and humidity are close to ideal growing conditions for it. Left alone it spreads, and on painted surfaces it can eventually eat into the finish.</p>
Our Method
<p>We never point a high-pressure wand at siding. We soft wash: a commercial-grade cleaning solution is applied and allowed to dwell so it can actually kill the mold and algae at the root, then it is rinsed at low pressure. This gets a deeper clean than pressure alone and it does not force water behind siding or damage mortar joints, paint or trim.</p>
We wash the outside of your house — brick, stone, stucco, hardie board/wood or vinyl siding — removing the mold, algae and mildew that Houston's humidity grows on every exterior sooner or later. It is the single fastest way to make a house look cared for.
