The Houston Problem
<p>Houston's humidity means algae and mildew return faster here than almost anywhere else in the country, and sprinkler heads that spray onto concrete leave rust rings that get worse every month they're left untreated. A driveway that looks "just old" is very often just dirty.</p>
Our Method
<p>We pretreat the concrete to break down oil and organic staining before we ever apply pressure. This lifts contaminants out of the pores of the concrete instead of just pushing them around, and it means less pressure is needed overall, which protects the surface. Rust and heavy oil stains get a second, targeted application. If you want to protect the result, we can seal the driveway once it is clean.</p>
Your driveway is the first thing anyone sees when they pull up to your house, and in Houston it takes a beating: algae, tire marks, sprinkler rust and everyday grime build up fast in our humidity. We wash it back to looking freshly poured.
Every driveway is different, so we quote based on the actual number of car spaces and the condition of the concrete — not a flat one-size price.
