The Houston Problem
<p>Sprinkler heads with iron in the water leave rust rings on brick, concrete and siding that get darker every month, and a car that has sat in one spot for years can leave oil staining deep enough that a standard wash alone will not fully clear it.</p>
Our Method
<p>We apply a dedicated degreasing or rust-converting treatment and allow it to dwell before rinsing. Because concrete is porous, very old or severe stains may leave a faint shadow even after treatment — sealing the concrete afterward helps prevent it from returning.</p>
Oil and rust stains need more time and a different chemical approach than a standard wash, so they are priced as an add-on to driveway or concrete cleaning rather than folded into the base price.
